Once you have approved the drafted design, our experienced team will get to work on making the sign, and when necessary, will weld efficiently to assure the strongest product is returned.
Once the sign is cut and welded it will then be powder coated. The powder coat includes sandblasting the metal down to SSPC-SP 5/NACE standard white finish. This process removes all mill and laser scale and prepares the surface to receive the primer coat. The primer is made of a low molecule epoxy and powder coated with a “Super Durable TGIC” polyester top coat. This process will make your sign sturdy and durable.
