Laser Cutting
We can cut sheets up to 60″ x 120″ in a variety of materials:
- Carbon Steel up to 1″
- Clean cut Stainless Steel up to 1/2″
- Aluminum up to 1/2″
- Brass, Copper, Titanium, and other materials
- Tolerance +-.005
- Repeatability Tolerance +-.0002
Please note that default tolerance is +-.005″ – If tolerances need to be closer, please specify on estimate request.
CNC Bending
We operate a 100 Ton x 12′ Niagra CNC Hydraulic Press Brake with Hurco Auto Bend 7 and 3 Axis CNC Back Gauge.
Finished Product
From high volume parts to custom laser cut metal signs and letters, we provide state-of-the-art abrasive blasting and powder coating services to those that partner with us on laser cutting projects.
